Does weight loss causes dehydrated skin?

My body has become so bulky and looks really weired. I am planning for weight loss but get scared about its post consequences. My friend told me that during the weighloss period or after that dehydrated skin is very common. Is that so if yes then please suggest me measures that help me from dehydrated skin.

Yes that true to some extent that weight loss causes dehydrated skin but it generally depends on the way you are moving with. Some people go with thermo belts for the weight loss that not only causes dehydrated skin but it actually results in severe dehydration. It causes release of sweat that causes dehydration. The other ways are very tough exercises and some of the slimming pills. The pills in the market assuring for the weight loss actually consists of laxatives that causes dehydration.

As such I would suggest that what ever the way should be you should drink lot of water because it hydrates your skin and body. Drinking lot of water also reduces tendency of bulk eating. Alternative is for juices and beverages items. Juices are full of antioxidants and helps in improving body system. You can try out acai berry juices, citrus fruit juices or Tava tea for weight loss.
