Any natural source for fatty acid?

My wife is pregnant and having complications due to lack of fatty acids in the body. She has been advised to take them in the form of supplements. What is the best available option for it?

Nutrition is the most important aspect of our life and we must eat well balanced diet for the proper growth and development of the body. Similarly, fatty acid is required for the development of vital organs such as liver, kidneys and heart. Fatty acids such as omega 3, 6 and 9 are important for the pregnant women especially during first three months of pregnancy. It helps in the formation of fetus and prevents miscarriage. Fish and other sea food serves as the best natural source for fatty acids.

Omega 3 is an important fatty acid that your body is unable to produce and it has to taken in the form of food or through natural diet. Omega 6 comes under the category of essential fatty acids which again your body is unable to produce naturally. If we discuss about omega 9, the last but not least ingredient of hypercet omega, it is not an essential fatty acid unlike omega 3 and omega 6 but it can be produced by the body in small amount.

Alternatively, she can take hypercet omega, a natural supplement that has all three vital fatty acids in perfect combination with no synthetic ingredients.
