What are the Types of Sleep Apnea and its Treatment! ?

I want to know different types of sleep apnea problem because I am also suffering from this problem but I do not know that from which type of sleep apnea I am suffering from. I also want to know about the treatment of sleep apnea disease, so that I can at least start taking treatments and preventions.

clodiya 		Sleep apnea is the common disorder that is suffered by the people in one or more pauses in the breathing. This problem can affect at any age and is most general in males. This disease may occur when you have crossed the age of forty, and have large tonsils, having the habit of drinking and smoking. There are many three types of sleep apnea they are as follows:
• Obstructive Sleep apnea (OSA) – This is the situation in which both brain sends the signal to the brain and muscles make its possible effort to take breathe, and unfortunately the airway becomes obstructed and the prevent flow of air.
• Central sleep apnea (CSA) – This happens when the brain stops sending the signal to muscles to take proper breathe.
• Mixed sleep apnea – It is the situation in which both central sleep apnea and obstructive sleep apnea takes place.
So it becomes important to take proper sleep apnea treatment, regarding to this some treatment of this problem are as follows:
• Dental Appliances
• Medication
• Continuous positive airway pressure
• Behavioral changes
In case all these treatment does not help in the treatment of sleep apnea then the last option would be surgery.
